and conversations that can help you develop measurable learning outcomes and save valuable time all year long:

After Labor Day, the unofficial end of summer, the UCR Instructional Design (ID) team will be hosting an intensive,
hands-on Faculty Instructional Innovation Studio (9/6-9/9) for instructors interested in infusing emerging technologies, best practices
and learning science into their current or new courses. Come join the new annual event and feel free to bring a colleague!

Description: The hands-on, BYOD event will offer two options for participation (face-to-face & online)
1. MORNING WORKSHOP SEQUENCE (9:00 am-12:00 pm): A hands-on, course development workshop sequence designed to build a content inventory, a course blueprint and/or a lesson prototype.​

2. AFTERNOON WORKSHOP/PANEL DROP-IN (1:30 – 3:00 pm): An open, a-la-carte series of speakers, panels, labs and demonstrations to support deeper dives on advanced topics
